Privacy

Short version: the clips and pictures you add to a game never leave your device.

Your uploaded media

When you add your own clip, picture, or TV video to a game, it’s saved locally in your browser using your device’s storage (IndexedDB). It is not uploaded to Clip Arcade or anywhere else — we never receive, store, see, or back it up. Because it lives only on your device, clearing your browser data or switching device removes it, and it isn’t shared between devices.

Your account & coins

While this is an early build, your sign‑in name, which versions you’ve unlocked, and your arcade coin balance are stored in your browser only (localStorage). They are not yet synced to a server or shared across devices.

What the server sees

The site is served by a simple web server. Like most web servers it may process standard request information (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and stream game files. We don’t run third‑party ads or analytics trackers on the site.

Cookies

The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember your session and settings. It does not set advertising or cross‑site tracking cookies.

This is a plain‑English summary for an early private build, not formal legal advice. It will be expanded before any public launch.
